Mechanism Design Term Group Project

      The main purpose of the project was to design a machine that can overcome the given tasks such as climbing from obstacles, moving through the water, and being able complete the given track. To design this kind of rover much research has been made and with inspiration from the child bicycle, it was decided to design a mechanism with 2 kinds of wheels which are pulling wheels and support wheels. During the project, help was received from the lecturer of this class and experienced people from the industry. Strength of Materials Term Group Project

          A unique tensile compression testing machine prototype was designed to test its durability. Professional materials used in the sector, considering all the details about the software, mechanics, and electronics. We created the designs of all parts with the Autodesk Inventor program and printed them out with a 3d printer. We got printouts from our machine using Arduino and writing code. Then we transferred these outputs to the computer and converted them into graphics with a software language. Finally, with this machine, we obtained stress/strain graphs by shooting one normal pasta and one cooked pasta.

            Since I am interested in 3D designs as a hobby, I decided to learn the Blender program and took various courses, and received training.
